The year is 2271. A mysterious enemy destroys a top secret research base, taking hostage some of the Federation’s top scientists and the Enterprise under Captain James Kirk rushes to investigate. Aboard the enemy ship, a strange cyborg collective has traveled to the past seeking one scientist – to keep him from creating what will destroy them in the future.
